(Nasty Gal white chiffon maxi, thrifted Missoni-inspired top, Simply Vera wedges, bangle from Charming Charlie, other random and thrifted jewelry)

Last week during my days off, of course I thrifted around the Dallas area. I checked out SVDP Thrift since I had only heard good things about it. Loved everything I got there! The thing that made me even happier was knowing that my purchase was ultimately going to help the community. My $25 purchase will provide one week of academic success with daily tutoring and a snack for one child. How awesome is that? It's nice to know my money is being used for a greater purpose. Make sure to shop there also to help children in need. See their website here.

Oh, and guess what? I have good news for you all -- finally announcing my John Frieda giveaway winner! See the previous post here. Congratulations, Hayley of hayfwood! Thank you all for entering and make sure to look for more giveaways soon!

  2. I love the top, lovely prints! Totally agree with you about helping others with your purchase, such great satisfaction.
